WordPress administrator password

ServeWay emails the WordPress administrator username and password once, when the site is ready. ServeWay does not keep that password. If you lose the email, open the site sign-in page, choose Lost your password?, enter your username or email, and WordPress emails a reset link so you can set a new password. ServeWay staff cannot look up the old password.

During setup, create the encryption recovery file and store it somewhere safe. The church encryption key never leaves the church PC. The recovery file is also how the church website gets access to the data. ServeWay does not create or hold the recovery file. If that file is lost, ServeWay cannot recover the data.
